Terms and conditions
The following conditions do not apply to employees at TORM A/S.
If you receive a package which is not intact, you must report it to your post office as soon as possible. If the product is defective, it should be returned to the Danish Sailing Union within 14 days, and we will make a possible exchange of the product.
If you regret a purchase, you can return the product to Sejlershoppen, c/o Dansk Sejlunion, Idrættens hus, 2605 Brøndby, within 14 days of receipt. However, provided that the product has not been used and is returned undamaged in any original / undamaged packaging. When returning products, always remember to enclose a copy of your order confirmation with an explanation for the return.
You will then receive a check from the Danish Sailing Union for the full amount. If you provide bank details in the form of registration number and account number, the amount will be transferred directly to your account.
Exemption from the cancellation right
Purchases of logo-printed Zhik products in the Sejlershop are specially made for the individual sailing club or class organization and are therefore not covered by the right of cancellation (cf. the Consumer Contracts Act).
Terms of sale Zhik clothing
Only class organizations and clubs (the club must be a member of the Danish Sailing Union), have the opportunity to buy clothes from Zhik's collection in Sejlershoppen. The club or class organization must at least buy items for DKK 5,000 per. order (excl. shipping). All clothing must be ordered with the club's or class organization's logo.
The Danish Sailing Union reserves the right to reject orders for Zhik clothing, cf. the above conditions of sale.
When paying with SSL / credit card payment, orders received before 15:00 on weekdays, will be processed within four weekdays. For some products, there may be a longer delivery time, but this will appear under the product’s description. With a delivery time above three weeks, the transaction will be canceled.
When paying by credit card, the amount will not be withdrawn until the product has been sent to the customer.
Delivery of Zhik clothing
Orders for logo-printed club clothes from Zhik have an expected delivery time of 3-4 weeks per. order.
Postage and shipping costs
All prices are excl. postage and shipping costs.
If a product is returned, the Danish Sailing Union is not obliged to reimburse the shipping costs.
Information on the possibility of appeal
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsensvej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via forbrug.dk.
The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaint are filed here. When submitting a complaint, you must state our e-mail address email@example.com.
